During these challenging times our employees and their families are our priority. We have structured our teams to work from home with one third of staff remaining to manage original documentation requirements.
Based upon the different levels of restrictions within our European operation, our teams are managing services either from their home or as part of the reduced presence within our offices.
The airline industry has been hit hard with numerous flights cancelled. This has limited space and route options with the result of increased costs although, as always, Embassy act in the best interests of our customers for cost control and risk management.
Ocean routes have also been affected with container equipment shortages, blank sailings, and space restrictions. Embassy offices use their allocations from the North European ports to manage bookings so that our customers can ship their cargo without restriction.
