The Embassy Freight Group consists of more than 45 offices in Europe, Asia, the Americas, Australia, Africa and the Middle East, making it one of the most globally diverse forwarding groups anywhere. In addition to our Embassy Freight offices, we have a network of dedicated and experienced agents in all of the world’s major ports, airports and cities. This ensures we have the coverage and expertise on hand locally wherever you may be.

The UK Company was formed in 1994, with the origins of the group going back to the 1980’s, meaning that we have not only the coverage but experience to ensure all your freight transport needs are totally managed every part of it’s journey. In the UK we are covered with 3 offices, London – Basildon Essex for Surface Freight, London Heathrow for Air Freight and Manchester for both Surface and Air Freight in the Northern parts of the UK. Our philosophy is to work closely with our customers, using our considerable knowledge, experience & coverage to provide individual services to specific client needs.

Customer service is a paramount importance to us, that’s why we don’t have automated switchboards, or banks of faceless operators to deal with. Instead we want to build one to one relationships between our key staff and those of our customers, making for good and reliable communication every step of the way. We understand moving freight is part of the job, moving and communicating the information and documentation around the freight is equally as important. We ensure both move in tandem avoiding delays or unforeseen costs as a result
